How I work
I support you to explore your “internal system” of parts as you learn about their stories, needs, and roles. I help you build a safe and trusting relationship with your parts, so you can heal and grow.
Calm, curious, and compassionate facilitator
The role of the therapist in IFS Therapy
In IFS, my role is facilitator: a compassionate and courageous guide for you and your parts as you get to know your “internal system”. I’m here to help you ask good questions that lead to greater understanding, healing, and lasting change.
My goal is to help you gain clarity about your inner world and how it influences your interactions with others in a safe, non-judgmental space.
I always do this with calmness, curiosity, and respect.
In the beginning, it may feel like you need me to be the grounded, calming person in the room. But, we can get to a place where you can be grounded and calm within yourself and feel confident in supporting all parts of you.
